New Client Implementation
By taking the time to understand your needs and requirements
up front, our U.S.-based team can determine how to create a seamless implementation-done
right the first time. To support this, MDI has designed a set of comprehensive
protocols for new client implementation. Our goals at this phase are to:
- Clearly lay out the client's expectations for the
project, i.e. financial savings, quality improvements, turnaround time,
target implementation dates, etc.
- Develop a thorough understanding of all the nuances of the process
being outsourced.
- Develop a thorough understanding of the interfaces with other
parts of the organization.
- Develop measurements and milestones to monitor success.
· Identify the right skill set and experience for the project,
i.e. human resources.
